Apple Trademark Infringement

Apple has been sued by iCloud Communications over the trademark infringement of the name iCloud.  While this is a very disturbing move, if true, by Apple, it appears that this will likely never go to trial.  This opinion is based on the fact that Apple has overcome numerous lawsuits in the past claiming infringement of one kind or another by settling out of court.  The alternative for the infringed party is to wage a very expensive legal battle which could bankrupt most other companies out there.  This will be an interesting suit to follow.  For a full story check out the Macworld article here.
